Welcome to CrushCove, a dating and social connection service operated by Westco Corporation Pty Ltd (“Westco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Westco, governing your access to and use of the CrushCove mobile application, website, and all related services (collectively referred to as the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have:

Agreed to be legally bound by them

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

To use CrushCove, you must meet all of the following criteria:

  • 🎂 You are at least 18 years old

  • ⚖️ You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

  • 🌏 You are not prohibited from using the Service under the laws of Australia, Bangladesh, or any other applicable jurisdiction

  • 🚫 You have not been convicted of a felony or any offense involving violence, harassment, or sexual misconduct

You may only maintain one active CrushCove account.

User Account and Profile

🔎 Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it to maintain accuracy.

🙋 Authenticity

Your profile must truthfully represent you.
You may not impersonate any person or entity or create a profile for anyone other than yourself.

🔐 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

🖼️ Appropriate Content

Profile photos and content must be suitable for a dating platform.
Do not post any content that is:

  • Sexually explicit

  • Violent

  • Discriminatory

  • Harassing

  • Otherwise objectionable

Acceptable Use & User Conduct

Use CrushCove in a respectful, safe, and lawful manner.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

🚫 You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate any other user

  • Engage in hate speech, racism, homophobia, transphobia, or discrimination based on religion, nationality, or any other ground

  • Use the Service for fraudulent purposes, including scams, catfishing, or financial solicitation

  • Post spam or unsolicited advertising

  • Transmit viruses or malicious code

  • Use the Service to promote or participate in illegal activities

  • Collect or harvest information about other users without consent

Intellectual Property

The CrushCove Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Westco Corporation Pty Ltd.
It is protected under Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Purchases & Subscriptions (Premium Features)

CrushCove may offer premium features through in-app purchases.

💳 Payment

You agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed through third-party providers, and you must also agree to their terms.

🔁 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase.

❌ Cancellation

Manage or cancel subscriptions via your app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
Cancellations follow the store’s policies.

💰 Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds are not generally offered unless required by law (e.g., under Australian Consumer Law).

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

🧩 Service “As Is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not conduct background checks and cannot guarantee user authenticity or behavior.

🧍 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your interactions and meetings with other users.
Exercise caution and use your best judgment.
We are not responsible for user conduct online or offline.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Westco Corporation Pty Ltd, its employees, and agents are not liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Punitive damages

  • Loss of profits or revenues

arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

🔹 By You

You may terminate your account anytime via app settings or by contacting support.

🔹 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or for any other reason.
This includes removing your profile or content.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

🇦🇺 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

🤝 Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be resolved through informal negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
For users in Bangladesh, this does not remove your right to bring action in a local court.

Country-Specific Provisions

🇦🇺 Australia

Our services come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a refund or replacement if the service fails to meet acceptable quality standards.

🇧🇩 Bangladesh

Users must comply with Bangladesh’s laws, including the Digital Security Act, 2018.
Use of the Service must remain lawful under local regulations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Notice of material changes will be provided within the app or via email.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
